Be sure to double cleanse your eye area to ensure your lash extensions adhere perfectly to your natural lashes. Have a Vision: Think about the lash style you’d like and bring along a few inspirational photos for reference. This helps ensure we’re aligned on your desired look. Dress Comfortably: Your comfort is key! Dress in cozy, relaxed attire and come ready to unwind. A peaceful, calm environment allows me to create the most beautiful work. Pro tip: Avoid caffeine before your appointment for ultimate relaxation. Foreign Fill Guidelines: A lash fill is defined as having at least 40% of your extensions remaining, well-maintained and properly isolated. If your lashes do not meet this criterion, the appointment will be considered a removal, and a full set will be scheduled for your next visit. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not completely happy with your set, I offer a complimentary removal. If you’d prefer, we can explore a new style that better suits you at your next appointment. Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
